Prague

So we really underestimated the time needed to explore Prague. Our train got in late to the city and most of the tours had concluded by the time we got here. So we explored ourselves but I really could've used a history guide along the way. The city is a beautiful medieval layout. And it looks like a lot of it has been preserved in its original form. I'll need to come back because one night isn't enough.

Also, the U.S. forex rate for a Czech Krown is quite favorable. I got a pint of beer for $1.69.

Ok here's the pics.

Old town.

Looking towards the palace and the cathedral.

To get to the palace and cathedral we had to walk up the steepest cobblestone hill I've ever encountered.

My feet are not happy with me. I'm drinking heavily to help with the swelling because I'm a medical doctor and I know how to deal with this symptom.

The palace and cathedral.

Josh loves maps.
