Josh and I headed out of Paris to the Palace of Versailles.
The inside of the palace is of course brilliant. This was my favorite room. It had mirrors along the walls literally mirroring the windows opposite them. It made the room fill up with a lot of light and would make the crystal look awesome.
To be honest, the inside of thepalace weren't nearly as impressive as the grounds.
In the evening, we met up with our friend, Katie, and she took us to this bar that must've been inspired by Brooklyn. This bar is trying so hard to be Brooklyn that it might actually be succeeding. I would also learn later on that apparently Parisians are really into Brooklyn hipster style and this bar is clearly capitalizing on the trend so it all started to make sense.
This center piece here was a shrine to American movie classics. Everything from the Goonies, to ET, to Back to the Future was in here.
